It is perfect, no chips, no cracks, no repairs...the paint job very well done. It has two dots on the underside of foot suggesting a decorator's mark. There is some residue of red felt which kept the mug from scratching surfaces. It falls in the category of Toby jugs and mugs, but stands handsome as a tribute to the English hero...who lost part of his right arm in battle...see the missing arm?
