The title was givento the bible after the new edition came out.This bible that you have purchased has the older 1987 text which is now called the Classicamplified bible (AMPC). The text in this bible matches what biblegateway.com calls the ClassicAmplified Bible (AMPC).Hopefully this clears up some confusion.
