Description: We purchased this early Handmade Rockdale Union Stoneware Lamp from the shop in Cambridge Wisconsin in the mid 1980's, the date stamp is hard to read, I believe it is 1985. We loved it for many years and now it's time to let someone else enjoy it's light. The pottery itself is 9 inches tall and if you add the harp and finial, it is 20 inches. The diameter is 7 inches at the widest point. There is no shade and the bulb is not included. The lamp works well and the cord is in good condition. No cracks or chips except where the cord exits, the glaze is missing in a small spot where they made the hole. Please refer to last photo. Peter Jackson worked for Rowe Pottery in Cambridge Wisconsin before leaving to start Rockdale Union Stoneware in 1984. RUS was also located in Cambridge and in 1991 he moved it to Edgerton Wisconsin until closing the business in 1997. Your lamp will be packed well to insure it's safe arrival. If you have any questions, please ask. Thank you so much for looking!!
