Description: Up for sale is this 1979 Kelloggs Error/Variation Dave Parker card, # 21 in MINT condition. Most of the Kelloggs card produced this year had three variations (not including the variation of the orange versus red print on the front of the card). It seems there are only two versions of the Parker card. The first variation (A) of this card has the copyright (R) only located in Tony the Tiger's scarf. (Other identifiers career hits 751 and career batting average is listed as .281.) The second variation (B) is where this card has the copyright (R) located below Tony the Tiger's scarf. (Other identifiers career hits 851 and career batting average is listed as .318.) The first variation is much less common and tough to find in good condition. They are frequently found with cracks. The two examples are pictured in the listing but are for reference only. The only card you are purchasing is the A version--the one where the card has the copyright (R) only located in Tony the Tiger's scarf-hits 751/avg.281. Postage is $4.50, which includes insurance.
