Description: This is a 1974 Selmer Mark VI Alto, Serial number 239xxx. It was my personal instrument for the past 7 years, and it pains me to let it go, but due to medical bills and moving into a different career it does not get played as much as it should and it is time for someone else to enjoy it. This horn was my primary alto for my professional career; and its original lacquer is still about 90% intact. It has no dings or dents, although the neck shows signs of a repaired pull down from a while ago. Only normal wear in usual contact spots. When I had bought it I had it fully overhauled and it still had all of its original pads and springs. It comes with a Gap-cap which makes it have a snug fit in the case to eliminate risk of damage, the original end cap from when I purchased it, as well as the Protec Propak case pictured, which I used for "doubling" gigs.
