Description: This is my 1968 Univox Hi-Flier. I’ve had this guitar for about three years now, and it is by far the most unique and rockin’ guitar that I own. This thing is a literal rock n roll machine and nails the tones from Nirvana’s Bleach album. It has been modified in the following ways: -Replaced stock tuners that are extremely fragile and unreliable with locking tuners. Holds tune extremely well. -Replaced stock bridge that is super cheap and easily breakable with a Fender Jaguar style bridge. -Replaced stock P-90 bridge pickup with the elusive “ripper” that was included in vintage Phase III and Phase IV models Upon purchase of this guitar you will receive a black case (shown in photos), original stock P-90 bridge pickup, and the original whammy bar. This guitar has been my baby for several years now and I have gigged with it countless times, however I feel I am ready to pass it on to someone else who will enjoy it as much as I have.
