Description: This listing is for ONE coin, either a 1964 D or 1964 with no mint mark from the Philadelphia mint. The coin, bought in rolls from a local bank, then pulled from circulation in 1964, was stored with other coins in a plastic tube. These are beautiful coins. The 1964 coin is the only year that the Kennedy half dollar was 90% silver, therefore the value will be linked to the current price of silver as well as the collector value of a beautiful coin commemorating President Kennedy. I have both Philadelphia and Denver mint coins. The last two of the four pictures shows the location of the D, it's under the olive branch in the eagle's claw. The Denver mint has a D on the reverse, the Philadelphia mint has no mark. I have taken several pictures, some in overhead lighting and some in sunlight. The coins are brilliant with great luster. If you want a particular mint, please email me after purchase, otherwise I will choose. These coins are all very bright but may show a bit of wear on the high points, like the cheek of the President or the shield on the eagle on the back of the coins. The pictures are very representative of the coins I have in stock.
