The brochure is in fair condition with some wear on the edges, a chip on the lower right corner, and some foxing on the covers. Please see my other collectable items up for sale this week on eBay. I do offer combined shipping for all of my auctions, but please wait till I (not eBay) send you a combined invoice before paying.
