Description: This magnificent 1962 BSA A10 BIG VALVE SUPER ROCKET was offered by the Mecum Las Vegas auction last January (2024). The bidding fell short of the $14,000 reserve. I was able to acquire it for less. I was very happy with it as I got it in memory of a similar bike I travelled Europe with in 1965. Certain health issues have put my riding days on the "back burner". I can put it in storage and wait for better days or offer it for sale to someone who can enjoy right away. Restored by Baxter Cycle in Iowa. Optional large European tank and Rocket Gold Star style Siamese exhaust. Very good running and riding condition. Excellent tires.
