Description: 1949 Pontiac hood ornament, NOS! 511506This is NOS hood ornament for 1949 Pontiac. Chrome has a nice shine, however this part still has some of the lacquer coating applied by the factory. This comes off with a little chrome polish and some 0000 steel wool. See pics 9, 10 and 11 where I have removed some of the lacquer. I’ll leave the rest to the next owner. There are some blemishes and scratches from decades of storage, as pictured.
