In excellent condition, great stamps and cancels. Priced to sell. Postmarked June 28, 1943. Very nice postal history item. Has the complete set of four semi postal stamps used to raise funds for the Belgian volunteers who fought in the German Waffen SS, rare on postally used cover, moreso when sent to the gestapo.
