Description: This is for an original portrait photo of the great Jerome “Curly” Howard which has been encapsulated and graded by PSA as Type I Authentic. The 8 x 10 photograph features a different side of Curly which most people never had a chance to see. The back of the photo is stamped July 20 1937 and The Cleveland News in red ink and has “Curley” misspelled along with Jerry as part of Howard Fine and Howard. Palace Aug. 7 is also written on the back so it looks like the Stooges were to appear at the Palace in Cleveland on that date in 1937. This is probably the finest Curly Howard portrait in existence and shows the comedy genius as he would appear getting dressed to the 9’s to go out on the town. You have seen reprints of this photo, but this is the verified real deal. The photo is much clearer than it appears on my scans and pictures. A must have for any Stooges or Curly fan. Check out the scans and email with any questions. Combined shipping always available for multiple purchases Shipping charge is for USPS Boxed Priority mail
