Designed by Henry Hornbostel in the Beaux-Arts style and opened in 1912, the building is known for its expansive colonnade. CONDITION: Used and mailed – 1916. Minor corner and edge wear. Wrinkle to top edge. Soiling and age tanning. Good condition.
