This was posted with a one cent stamp on February 13, 1906 (or possibly 1905?). a "Private Mailing Card" authorized by act of Congress in 1898, before 'post cards.' This measures approximately 5.25" high, 3.25" wide. This will be sent in a plastic sleeve in a standard envelope. Sold as pictured, and pictures provided are of actual item being sold.
