It's typical for the barber coins to wear more on the reverse than the obverse. The nice reverse on this coin makes it an above average coin. It's very hard to find nice original looking barber coins. This coin has that great looking toning contrast in the colors that makes nice original barber coins look so great. Please bid with confidence because I stand behind what I sell. THE BAD NEWS: Not real bad, but need to point out a few old hits on the rims mostly on the obverse side. Sometimes things like this can be expected because these coins were used as real money long ago. Most coins have flaws, it's just a matter of what is acceptable for the grade.
