Beautiful, ornate ribbon from Cape Charles on the Eastern Shore of Virginia in Northampton County. Colors are still bright. The pin back has two patent dates, the last one being March 7, 1893. It is in surprisingly good condition. The tassles at the bottom do show age related wear.
