There is a tiny bit of like a sticky residue in small areas that is likely some sort of pvc and can likely be removed with proper care. These coins commonly come cut a bit crudely and tend to have uncentered designs. The Type II refers to the script on the reverse which shows 2 lines of scripture in Kanarese and the bottom line in English "XX Cash".
