Description: This sweet gold heart necklace accented with a blue diamond is marked "10K." It comes on a thin 10K gold chain that measures 18". Little heart measures about 1/2". Both the pendant and chain have tested positive for 10K gold; the blue stone tests positive for a diamond. The necklace comes in a "Gold 'N Gems" presentation box with original receipt for $102 from 1999 when gold was much cheaper. Great condition, possibly never worn. Weight of the necklace is 1.6 grams.
