The plastic capsule or grading slab that holds this coin (if any) has scratches on it. Now you are aware. They may be large or very small, might not even be visible in photos, but they are there. I will not accept returns claiming damaged item just because the plastic is scratched, because I just told you it's scratched. I ship within the USA only without exceptions.
