Can be grown near the coast with ease, tolerant of calcareous soils/poor soils althought growth is fast in high quality soild with regular feedings and watering, makes a beautiful container plant for the patio or porch, prefers full sun but can take 1/2 day sun. Fast growing, loves heat, full sun, drought tolerant once established in the ground.
